Our dynamic fitness classes are a fun and effective way to start getting fit, stay active and improve your health. Licensed fitness instructors Ingrid Fischer and Val Laurie have more than 25 years experience each, and they will guide and motivate you through exercise routines and fitness training.
These new fitness pass cards offer participants the opportunity to purchase a card that will give them access to any of the STACC run fitness programs.
Interested in learning line dancing? Come try it out. 1/2 hour of steps, followed by 1 hour of beginner line dances.
