On-line Registration for the
St. Andrews Community Club!
This site will allow your family to register for all sports offered through the club and give you the opportunity to sign-up to volunteer. Please fill in the required fields for your family unit the first time and then enjoy the simple procedure of signing up for different sports.
If you already have a user ID from a previous registration, please DO NOT re-enter your family information. Please use the same email address each time when registering. If your email address has changed, please let us know at standrewsregistrar@ymail.com and we will change it in your profile. If you have forgotten your password, it can be reset.
Program Registration
Fall registration will be available August 23 for the hockey and skating. Descriptions of the hockey and skating programs along with pricing will be available at www.standrewsrec.com.
**UPDATE** Hockey registration will also require parents and coaches to fill out some additional papers for Hockey Canada this year only. The LAST date to fill out these forms will be Tuesday September 14 from 7-9 pm at the St. Andrews Community Club. Please register on-line first and fill out your forms in person at the club.
AVAILABLE SOON – We are currently waiting for final steps for the on-line registration to be available. We anticipate this option being available prior to the last payment registration date. On-line payment will be accepted through on-line registration by credit card - Visa or Mastercard. On-line payment is secure and is recommended for registration. Payments will also be accepted in person by credit card, cash or cheque for 2 days only - Thursday September 2 (7-9 pm) and Tuesday September 14 (7-9 pm). These dates are for payments only and no registrations will be taken in person.
Power Skating Camp - September 20-24 for kids 12 and under. Registration for this camp is not available on-line. More information can be found at www.standrewsrec.com under the "Winter Sports" Tab. Register early as it is expected that this camp will be sold-out.
Fall/winter classes and programs will be available for on-line registration in September.
**Please register early to avoid disappointment of full classes and programs.** Please note that on-line registration is not considered final and the spot will not be guaranteed until your payment for the program is made. Once your payment is received, it will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email and receipt for income tax purposes. This process can take up to 5-10 business days from the time of payment.
NSF cheques will be subject to a $35.00 additional fee. Any outstanding registration fees must be paid for prior to new registrations being accepted by the Registrar, who acts on behalf of the Board of Directors.
Additional Registration Fees
Please be advised that there are additional fees when registering for a sport program. All registrations include a $35.00 family membership fee (charged once per school year) that gives families access to events being held at St. Andrews Community Club. This fee helps pay for cleaning supplies and daily necessities.
The Skating program also includes a $30 Skate Canada membership fee that goes directly to Skate Canada and it covers the insurance necessary for skaters to participate in the program.
New Volunteer Fee
Starting with the 2010 fall registration, families will see a new “volunteer fee” of $50 added to their on-line registration. This will be a yearly fee per family (charged once per school year), similar to the family membership fee, but families who volunteer 4 hours of their time during the school year will be credited back the entire $50.
Families will be informed of volunteer opportunities by email by the Volunteer Coordinator on a monthly basis as well as on a new "Volunteer Postings" tab on the website. It will be up to each family to sign-up for available volunteer jobs during the 12-month time frame. Families that do not want to volunteer can choose not to and that fee will be used to hire additional help when necessary.
