Cancellations:

Game cancellations are determined by a number of factors

• Weather conditions – how long has it been raining? Are there severe winds, thunder or lightening forecasted?  Is it just too cold for the little kids to play in the rain?  8u-16u scheduled games play in rain and should report to fields unless predetermined by home and away coaches due to heavy rain.
• Field conditions – how long has it been raining and what conditions are the fields in? Are they playable and most importantly, are they playable but severe damage could be done to the fields if played on after a heavy rain?

Games are cancelled as early as possible to give coaches and team managers enough time to contact everyone.  Game cancellations are usually posted on the website, but single game cancellations are not, as teams often determine when games need to be cancelled for one reason or another.
