Energize Me! Fitness Breaks

Our dynamic fitness classes are a fun and effective way to start getting fit, stay active and improve your health. Licensed fitness instructors Ingrid Fischer and Val Laurie have more than 25 years experience each, and they will guide and motivate you through exercise routines and fitness training. Challenge yourself with various workouts, which include 4X4 (four minute intervals of cardio and muscle work), Tabata (eight rounds of 20 seconds of hard work, and 10 seconds rest) and step classes and circuit training (a fast paced class repeating a variety of exercises for 3 minutes each). We have all that you need – motivation, instruction, weights and equipment! Try a class today, burn calories and increase your endurance in a fun and energetic group atmosphere. Just remember to bring a towel and water.
