Registration

All hockey players must register with LSMHA.

Registration is open for the 2017-2018 season – Deadline for registration is August 27th – Please click link to register https://lordselkirkhockey.sportngin.com/register/form/127358073
Payment options are included in registration form – Deadline for Payment is Sept 6th – There will be a payment night Sept 6th – 6:30-9:00pm at the Selkirk Rec Center.
Any registrations after August 27th may not be accepted and will be subject to $100 late fee.
Only children born in 2011 or 2012 must also register at St. Andrews CC.
For children born in 2013 please contact Standrewshockey@shaw.ca before registering.

Skills

6 and under boys and girls
teams work on skill development
play a few games
play a minimum of three tournaments
host their own tournament
average of two ice slots per week

7 & 8 HOUSE LEAGUE

boys and girls
teams work on skill development
play league games against Selkirk and East Selkirk
minimum of three tournaments
host their own tournament
average of two ice slots per week

9 &10 YEAR OLDS

girls must decide to play girls hockey or boys hockey
St. Andrews players combine with Selkirk and East Selkirk players
players in the female program also combine with River East.
players now tryout for A1, A2 or A3 teams
Registration costs only cover league and playoff games, you will pay extra for practice ice and tournaments
teams are based out of St.Andrews, East Selkirk or Selkirk
ex. last year 9A1 played out of St. Andrews, 9A2 East Selkirk and 9A3 out of Selkirk

11 YEAR OLDS TO15 YEAR OLDS

same as 9 and 10 year olds with one main difference, kids may now tryout for AA (ex. 11AA, 11A1, 11A2, 11A3)

Respect in Sports for Parents

Please note it is mandatory that one Parent from each household completes the “Respect in Sports for Parents” program prior to registration. If you did the course last year you do not need to retake the course again.
