Ringette General Info

In 2017 – ALL new first time ringette players have their registration fees paid for.

2017/2018 – Ringette Program
Practices begin mid-October with the regular season games beginning end of October. There will be approx. one practice and one game per week included in the cost of registration. St. Andrews Ringette is part of the Winnipeg Ringette League; games are held on Saturdays or Sundays throughout the city and surrounding areas for the younger age groups and for the older age groups potentially throughout the week as well.

There are 4 home games and 4 away games per half. The season wraps up mid-February for U9. The season ends after playoffs for U10 age categories and higher by end of February to beginning of March. Provincials are held for U14 and higher.

St. Andrews Ringette Association fundraising is mandatory. Team events including tournaments, extra ice time (if needed) and uniforms will be additional costs as well.

Ringette 4U is for 3-8 year olds:
instructor led, skills focused Ringette program that is tailored to the early entry athlete. For more information visit www.interlakeringette.com.

If we don’t get enough players for a team in an age group we will need to combine with Selkirk.
