Anyone can make a tax-deductible donation to the Community Club, via the RM of St Andrews. The RM will issue a tax receipt for any donation over the amount of $20.00.

A Lasting Legacy For Community Clubs and Recreation Centres Made Possible By the RM of St Andrews.

In November of 2007 the RM of St Andrews announced the establishment of the RM of St Andrews Fund with the Selkirk & District Community Foundation. This fund is “to provide a never ending source of funding for existing and future community recreation facilities” within the RM. The Fund is being established over a 4-year period with the municipality contributing a total of $100,000., with the Fund providing grants through the Foundation’s Community Fund in 2010, once the Fund has reached a minimum $75,000. Reeve Don Forfar was quoted as saying “We’re hoping other St. Andrews people are going to put in St. Andrews money and target the proceeds every year to our community centres and recreation programs”.

Giving to the Foundation lasts forever – as all gifts big or small have a great impact on the community. Donations are given in perpetuity and come from community minded people from all walks of life. For instance a donation can recognize a birthday or anniversary, in memory of a family member or “close a sport team’s operating account”. All donors receive a Canada Revenue Agency tax receipt. St Andrews Community Club Expansion

St. Andrews Community Club added a 5100 sq. ft. expansion. This addition consisted of four new dressing rooms, a referee’s room and a fitness room.

St. Andrews Community Club requires support from the business community and is offering advertising opportunities in the form of naming rights to the four new dressing rooms – 2 which have already been purchased. The dressing rooms will be named after your company and will not be known as dressing room 1 or 2 etc. The rooms will be painted in your company colors and any logos you would like to supply will be added to your room & room entrance.

We are offering 10 to 15 year advertising agreements for each dressing room in the following options:

Option 1: A 15-year naming right advertising agreement for a one-time fee of $50,000. This will also include a new sign on the rink’s advertising wall and your logo on our website.

Option 2: A 12-year naming right advertising agreement for $10,000 per year over five years.This will also include a new sign on the rink’s advertising wall and your logo on our website.

Option 3: A 10-year naming right advertising agreement for $5,000 per year.This will also include a new sign on the rink’s advertising wall and your logo on our website.

You will receive an advertising receipt from St. Andrews Community Club.
